Junior Recruitment Consultant

10am to 7pm

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Junior Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying talent needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring requirements, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you'll contribute to creating strategic recruitment solutions, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting techniques
• Strong abilities in Interviewing and Consulting candidates
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field is preferred
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
