About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to support our hiring team by connecting with candidates, explaining job roles, and coordinating interview processes. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, organized, and interested in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to candidates for recruitment-related activities
  • Explain job roles, requirements, and company details clearly to candidates
  • Screen candidates based on basic eligibility criteria
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for confirmations
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and call records
  • Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team on daily hiring requirements
  • Follow up with candidates regarding documents, availability, and next steps
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during initial interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
  • 0–3 years of experience as a recruiter, or HR support
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email)
  • Ability to handle candidates professionally and politely

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing
  • Familiarity with job portals and candidate databases
  • Experience in interview coordination or HR operations

Pay: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
