Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Schbang | Bengaluru | On-site)
Role Overview
We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to support high-volume and niche hiring across creative and digital roles. This role is ideal for someone strong in sourcing, outcalling, and initial screening, with a keen eye for identifying the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
- Conduct outbound calls to engage and qualify potential candidates
- Screen profiles for roles across Copy, Design, Strategy, and Digital
- Perform initial HR screening and candidate evaluation
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and ATS updates
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on pipeline building
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) on sourcing and closures
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing
- Exposure to hiring for creative, advertising, or digital roles is a plus
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and outcalling
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
