YOUR MISSION:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in our hiring process. You will support the recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging with potential candidates. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every applicant while helping us build a pipeline of top talent.
POSITION TYPE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess applicant qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A recent graduate or a student in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport easily.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.
- No prior experience is required, but a keen interest in human resources is a must.
