Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Technical Recruiter to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates aspiring to enter the recruitment field or individuals with prior recruitment experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring technical talent to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Promote the company's reputation as best place to work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases is nice to have.

Basic understanding of technical roles and technology skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
