We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
