Role Overview
We are looking for a
Junior Recruiter with at least
1 year of experience in technical hiring, preferably in
cybersecurity or IT roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling
multiple open positions simultaneously, performing
first-level screening, and coordinating interviews efficiently while ensuring only
relevant, quality profiles are shared with hiring panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level technical roles, with exposure to senior roles being a plus
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct first-level resume screening and initial candidate evaluations to assess role fit
- Shortlist and forward only relevant, qualified profiles to hiring managers and interview panels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Work extensively with Excel for tracking pipelines, interview status, and recruitment metrics
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support hiring managers with regular updates and recruitment status reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment
- Experience hiring across multiple levels of technical talent
- Cybersecurity hiring exposure preferred (SOC, VAPT, Cloud Security, GRC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of basic technical and cybersecurity terminology
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit preferred)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising quality
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
