We're looking for a Junior Recruiter & HR Executive who is passionate about supporting end-to-end recruitment, managing HR operations, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and teams. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, internal teams, and leadership to streamline recruitment processes, drive HR activities, and contribute to building a strong workforce.
Location: Surat Office (Onsite)
Experience: Freshers with MBA HR OR 1 year experience in HR domain
Salary: 18k- 25k INR/month

Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing
- Work on monthly hiring goals, including % of open job closure rates
- Support HR operations including payroll queries and general HR activities
- Maintain recruitment data and internal NAR (Net Available Resource) tracking
- Collaborate with NAB recruitment team & internal HR support teams
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with documentation, HR forms, and onboarding workflows
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals
- Knowledge of Boolean search & sourcing strategies
- Ability to screen resumes and identify strong talent patterns
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic project management and organizational abilities

Qualifications
- MBA in HR (preferred)
