Junior recruiter (From Consultancy/ Target Based)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing recruitment consultancy operating across India and Southeast Asia, we specialize in high-volume, target-based hiring for tech, BPO, and hybrid roles. We partner with global clients to build scalable talent pipelines — combining data-driven sourcing, aggressive KPIs, and agile recruitment strategies to deliver quality hires on time, every time. Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals) to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles — from job posting to offer closure — within SLA timelines.
• Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline using CRM tools and proactive outreach on social and job boards.
• Track and report daily/weekly metrics (CVs sent, interviews scheduled, offers accepted) to ensure KPI delivery.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on process improvements and candidate experience optimization.
