About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process who enjoys sourcing, interviewing, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about identifying top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct video interviews.
- Assess candidates qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and interview summaries to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using JobAdder is considered a strong asset.
- Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or corporate roles is an asset.
- Experience working in an agency or high-volume recruitment environment is preferred.
