Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Reconciliation Analyst with 02 years of experience to support our
financial operations team. The role involves routine reconciliations, reporting, and assisting
with audits under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine reconciliations of accounts and transactions.
- Prepare and circulate break reports for review.
- Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies under supervision.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Develop foundational knowledge of reconciliation systems and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reconciliation/ERP tools.
- Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
