Responsibilities
- Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
- To check and control quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi- finished products and finished product .
- Data entry in computer
- Quality and Process control activities during Shift operation ( 1 st /2 nd / 3 rd ).
- Testing of BD, CCS , PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flextural strength and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable.
- Handling quality complaints.
Profile/Competencies
Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.
1–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation.
