Experience & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
- Basic understanding of web application testing; eCommerce platform experience is a plus
- Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Back-office systems is an added advantage
- Familiarity with both Manual Testing and Test Automation concepts
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing for web applications
- Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Support automation testing efforts using Selenium, Java, and TestNG
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and business analysts to understand requirements and validate functionality
- Participate in release testing and build validation activities
- Contribute to test execution reports and defect summaries
- Follow QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure software quality
