A Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for ensuring that software products meet the established standards of quality. The role involves working closely with the development & designer team to identify, track, and resolve bugs and other technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional testing to verify that all website features are working as expected
- Conduct responsive design testing to verify that websites are accessible on various devices and screen sizes
- Establish and maintain an effective testing process, including test design, test execution, and results reporting
- Collaborate with the Development & Design team to identify, track, and resolve bugs and other technical issues
- Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Report and track bugs throughout the bug reporting life cycle
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the testing process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience not more than 6 months
- Basic knowledge of software testing and QA methodologies
- Knowledge of test design techniques and software testing best practices
- Ability to write clear and concise test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
