Junior Python Developer

We are seeking Junior Python Developers to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Python code, review programming solutions, identify bugs and optimization opportunities, and provide expert feedback to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of AI-generated software development outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code and programming solutions.

Assess code quality, functionality, readability, and maintainability.

Identify bugs, logical errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Provide detailed feedback on coding standards, best practices, and optimization opportunities.

Validate algorithm implementations, data processing workflows, and backend logic.

Review software architecture decisions and Python development methodologies.

Contribute to improving AI capabilities in software engineering and Python development.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Python programming.

Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Experience working with data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and code optimization.

Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and backend development concepts.

Ability to read, analyze, and improve existing codebases.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.

Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite.

Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.

Experience with automation scripts, web scraping, or data processing.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern coding workflows.
