Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support end-to-end project delivery across Media Studio teams . The ideal candidate is organized , proactive, and comfortable coordinating between stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership. You will work closely with senior project managers to track progress, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), meeting minutes, and dashboards.
  • Support day-to-day project operations and follow up with teams for task progress.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, design, and business teams.
  • Help prepare weekly status updates and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely closure.

Process & Governance

  • Follow project management best practices and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies (if applicable).
  • Track resource allocation and escalate bandwidth constraints when required .

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential blockers and work with senior PMs to resolve them.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and support mitigation planning.

Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure defects are logged and tracked to closure.
  • Work with teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management role.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello , Monday.com, or similar.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Certification: Agile, Scrum, PMP (entry-level), or other project management courses.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in tech/data/product environments.
  • Exposure to cloud, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or data projects.
