Job Description

We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate and supporting project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will support the administrative task, schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up all new ERM projects by working with Project Managers
  • Manage the change for the project as per an input by Project Manager and in line with ERM practices
  • Monitor project financial performance by running comprehensive project report and work with Project Manager and PIC for their further action
  • Support the report formatting including report production to meet client requirements and deadlines
  • Support in the preparation and submission of proposal
  • To provide an advice, prepare, update and communicate the billing schedule for ERM project ensure the excellence monitoring system are in place to secure ERM project performance.
  • Follow up with Project Manager for team UB projection and coordinating with finance team to provide update/forecast on the same on a regular basis
  • Coordinate/reach out to Project Manager and finance team for project invoice generations; follow up with PMs on overdue invoices and provide the Partner with a periodic summary highlighting ageing and risks.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee IT issues, troubleshooting hardware/software, and creating accounts for new hires.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management/ linguistics/ engineering and/or any related disciplines or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in project management/ assistance function
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Team, etc. and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Details orientation and Accurateness
  • Analytical thinking and communication
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Service minded
  • Have good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience gained from a multinational working environment is a plus
  • Resourceful, proactive, reliable and committed with positive work attitude.
  • Flexible, adaptable, can-do team player
