Help bring premium wedding designs to life through organised, hands-on production support with our planning, design and in-house decor teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain production checklists, schedules, material lists and event documentation.

• Follow up with vendors, fabricators and internal teams on readiness.

• Coordinate inventory, packing, transport and timely movement of decor materials.

• Assist with venue measurements, setup sequencing and on-site coordination.

• Flag delays or shortages early, check setups against approved requirements and support safe pack-down.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Organisation, attention to detail and clear communication.

• Comfort with spreadsheets, checklists and multiple tasks.

• Interest in wedding decor production and willingness to learn execution processes. Relevant event, hospitality or production exposure is welcome.

• A calm, dependable approach to deadlines and availability for Bengaluru venue visits and event schedules, including weekends when required.
