We are looking for a Junior Product Manager who will focus on designing and operationalizing agentic AI workflows within the Terrantic platform. This role will work closely with AI engineers, UX designers, and forward deployment teams to define how AI agents behave, interact, and generate reliable outputs. A key responsibility of this role is owning the design of AI agent prompts, evaluation frameworks (eVals), and orchestration flows to ensure agents produce accurate, reliable, and explainable outputs in real operational environments. The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Design Agentic AI Workflows:
- Define agent responsibilities and task boundaries.
- Design multi-agent orchestration flows for operational use cases.
- Map agent workflows to real business processes such as production planning, demand forecasting, packhouse operations, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to translate workflows into executable agent logic.
Own Prompt Engineering And Agent Behavior Design
- Design prompts that guide agents in performing operational tasks.
- Structure prompts to incorporate contextual business data.
- Improve prompts based on production feedback and failure patterns.
- Maintain prompt libraries and version control across agents.
- Work with engineering teams to deploy prompt updates safely.
Develop Evaluation Frameworks For AI Agents
- Define evaluation criteria for agent outputs.
- Build datasets and test cases to validate agent performance.
- Create automated evaluation pipelines where possible.
- Measure accuracy, reliability, hallucination rates, and task completion quality.
- Work with AI engineers to implement improvements based on evaluation results.
Translate Industry Workflows Into AI Product Requirements
- Understand how packhouses operate across products such as apples, cherries, avocados, berries, cheese, and meat.
- Translate domain processes into product requirements for AI agents.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Ensure AI solutions reflect real operational constraints and decision-making patterns.
Collaborate Across Engineering, AI, And Customer Teams
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on model behavior and agent architecture.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure product features are implemented correctly.
- Partner with UX designers to create intuitive agent interfaces.
- Support forward deployment teams in configuring agent workflows for customer environments.
Monitor AI Performance In Production
- Monitor agent outputs and user feedback.
- Identify cases where agents drift or produce incorrect results.
- Work with engineering teams to improve prompts, logic, and agent constraints.
- Maintain performance dashboards and operational metrics.
Support Continuous Product Improvement
- Track feature adoption and product usage metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve agent capabilities.
- Participate in sprint planning and product roadmap discussions.
- Maintain documentation for agent workflows and product features.
Requirements
- Engineering (CS/AI) + MBA.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, AI product development, or technical product roles.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI systems, or prompt engineering is strongly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong AI product interest may also apply.
