Position Overview
As a Junior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing development cycles, and ensuring seamless integration of tech solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee system integration with minimal disruption
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (concept to deployment)
- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability
- Maintain compliance, security, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Compensation:
- Salary range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 2 years in Product Management (IT/Tech domain preferred)
- Proven experience delivering successful tech products
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or DevOps is a plus
