1. Product Understanding & User Insight
- Participate in user interviews, surveys, and competitor research to uncover user needs and pain points
- Help define clear, validated problem statements under the guidance of senior PMs
- Translate insights into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and initial requirement drafts
2. Execution & Documentation Excellence
- Create and maintain well-structured PRDs for smaller features/modules
- Support backlog grooming by ensuring stories are clear, concise, and engineering-ready
- Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and minimize rework
- Learn and apply product frameworks to strengthen thinking and execution
3. CrossFunctional Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to drive alignment
- Represent user perspectives in team discussions and trade-off conversations
- Create and deliver requirement decks, discovery summaries, and release notes
4. Product & Organizational Contribution
- Identify data-backed improvement opportunities for the product
- Contribute to GTM content, user documentation, and internal enablement materials for product launches
- Track post-release metrics such as adoption, usage patterns, TTV, and feature performance
5. Growth & Ownership
- Independently own smaller product modules from discovery through release
- Support and learn from senior PMs while gradually mentoring interns or junior BAs
- Follow a structured quarterly learning plan to prepare for full Product Manager responsibilities
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in a client-facing, business analysis, or similar role
- Exposure to user research, requirement documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical capabilitygood command of Excel/Sheets; SQL or analytics tools preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
