Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Junior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and enhance our AI-powered solutions. This includes conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, managing requirements, and coordinating with engineering and design teams. You will also analyze user feedback, prioritize features for development, and help define the vision and strategy for assigned projects to meet client and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to perform market and competitive analysis.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear documentation and reports.
• Proficiency in product management tools and techniques such as user story mapping, agile methodologies, and backlog grooming.
• Technical aptitude to understand AI-driven systems and technology platforms; prior experience in technology or SaaS-based industries is a plus.
• Proactively manages time, prioritizes tasks effectively, and thrives in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; relevant hands-on experience will be valued highly.
