Junior Product Designer - UI/UX (Full-Time | Hybrid)
We're searching for a Junior Product Designer who thinks beyond screenssomeone who blends design craft, systems thinking, and product intuition to shape digital experiences that actually matter. What You'll Work On
- Design across the entire product lifecycleresearch, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and dev-ready handoff.
- Understand existing product flows and design systems, and build on them with clarity, logic, and consistency.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Teams to design intuitive and scalable features.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that keep visuals and interactions consistent across platforms.
- Champion usability, accessibility, and simplicity in every design decision.
- Support decisions with quick research, competitor benchmarking, and usability thinking.
- Create detailed flows, high-fidelity designs, and handoff assets developers can rely on.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and influence product decisions through structured design thinking.
- Design polished pitch decks and strategic presentations that turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end product thinkingproblem framing, process, and outcomes matter more than your degree.
- Solid grasp of interaction design, visual design principles, UX fundamentals, and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
- Ability to balance user needs, product goals, and business constraints with clarity.
- Strong communication and storytelling skillsyou can defend the why behind your work.
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, and the ability to iterate fast.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
- Experience with design systems and modern product design patterns.
- Bonus: motion design, micro-interactions, After Effects/Lottie, basic usability testing, or front-end understanding.
