Junior Product Designer

What You'll Do

• Translate product requirements into high-fidelity UI designs with a user centric mindset
• Design intuitive and elegant interfaces that enhance the user journey for creators
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Tech team during feature development.
• Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh design ideas to the tab
• Conduct usability tests and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the design
• Ensure consistency across the product by maintaining a cohesive design system
• Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices

Requirements

• 0-1 year of professional Product (UI/UX) design experience, preferably in a product or startup environment
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. (Experience in tools like Lottie Files or Rive is a plus)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Experience designing for mobile-first experiences (iOS/Android)
• A solid portfolio showcasing relevant product/UI work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Displays strong ownership and result delivery within tight deadlines
• Experience in e-commerce, influencer-tech, or social apps is a plus
