Job role

Junior Producer - Non-Fiction & Human Stories

Team: Non‑Fiction & Human Stories (Scaled Social)

Experience: 4+years

Location: Delhi

CTC: up to 10LPA

Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

We're building a non‑fiction content engine — human‑story‑led films, interviews, docu‑style narratives, corporate stories, events, and an always‑on social pipeline.

If you love real stories, fast turnarounds, being on-ground, and shaping content that actually makes people feel something, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and research story ideas for non‑fiction films, interviews, corporate films, events, vox pops and human‑story formats for offline, website and social.
  • Support and coordinate end‑to‑end production: shoot logistics, scheduling, permissions, vendors.
  • Assist on‑ground at shoots — human stories, corporate events, interviews, docu beats.
  • Convert long‑form content into sharp, social‑first videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
  • Help editors with footage organisation, selects and supervise edits
  • Work closely with the Creative Producer to keep timelines tight and delivery smooth.
  • Track non‑fiction + social trends to keep our storytelling fresh and relevant.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years in video production (agency, content studio, digital-first, production house).
  • Experience in putting brand decks together
  • Experience in brand focused ideation.
  • Experience in handling multiple vendors and production partners
  • Strong instinct for non‑fiction storytelling — human stories, interviews, events.
  • Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro preferred).
  • Comfort coordinating shoots and working with camera ops, editors, vendors.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their content formats.
  • Knowledge of social trends and ability to ideate and execute them quickly.
  • Good communication, research, and project‑management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Script writing
  • Having led production of non fiction shoots
  • Experience breaking long-form into platform-native short-form.

Why Join This Team

  • You'll work on Human Stories — one of our biggest and most loved storytelling formats.
  • You'll be part of a scaled social engine where you will be working on assets across platforms
  • You'll collaborate across fiction, non-fiction, social, animation, and authority content teams.
  • You'll grow fast — in craft, in production, and in multi-format storytelling.

And finally, what's it like working with us

Along with a competitive salary package and medical insurance, you'll also enjoy an annual week off for the whole crew from Christmas to the New Year (yeah, it's on the house, not cutting into your regular leave stash). It's not just a job; it's a place where your ideas matter, your uniqueness is celebrated, and your career growth is a big deal. We can't wait to have you on board and be part of the Scatter story!
