Junior Producer - Multimedia Production

Responsibilities:

- Assist in producing and editing multimedia content, including podcasts, videos, and social media posts

- Conduct research and interviews for business news and other topics

- Write and edit scripts, articles, and social media posts in engaging English

- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and produce content

- Manage and coordinate production schedules, equipment, and resources

- Ensure quality control and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in multimedia production and post-production

- Basic knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Audition, etc.)

- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)

- Strong research, writing, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows

Added Advantages:

- Prior experience in podcast production

- Background in business news or newsroom production
