Role Overview
The US Mortgage Processor will support the mortgage loan processing team by reviewing
borrower documentation, updating loan information in client CRM systems, and coordinating
with client-side teams to ensure mortgage files are complete and ready for underwriting.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the US mortgage
and financial services industry. Selected candidates will receive structured training on the US
mortgage process, loan documentation, and CRM systems.

Shift Timing: Night Shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST)
Key Responsibilities
Loan Documentation Review
Review and verify borrower documentation such as income proofs, bank statements, employment
details, and credit reports.
Ensure all required documents are collected and properly organized in the loan file.
Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up accordingly.
CRM / System Management
Maintain and update loan details in the client CRM or Loan Origination System (LOS).
Upload, organize, and track borrower documents in the system.
Ensure loan status updates are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Client Coordination
Communicate with client-side employees such as Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters
to request documents or clarify loan information.
Provide timely updates on loan status and processing progress.
Coordinate with internal team members to resolve documentation gaps.
Quality & Compliance
Follow client guidelines and company processes while handling loan files.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure confidentiality of borrower financial information and documentation.
Skills & Competencies
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic analytical and logical thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn US mortgage processes and systems.
Ability to work in night shift aligned with US business hours.
