Beyond Basic is a premium multifunctional skincare brand created for busy modern lifestyles. Our products like tinted sunscreens, moisturizer + primers, and body tints streamline your routine without compromising on performance or luxury. Now, we're looking for a driven Junior PR & Communications Manager who can manage and scale our PR and UGC efforts.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Own and execute all PR initiatives from building the strategy to executing it end-to-end.
- Build and nurture relationships with beauty editors, journalists, stylists, and influencers.
- Write compelling press releases, founder bios, and media notes in line with the brand voice.
- Manage product send-outs and celebrity/influencer gifting including idea conceptualization and execution.
- Track media coverage, maintain PR databases, and report impact metrics monthly.
- Handle and grow our network of UGC creators, from shortlisting and onboarding to briefing and approving content.
- Identify and pitch creative PR opportunities across events, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints PR, influencer, and UGC.
Who You Are- 12 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing (beauty or fashion industry).
- A strong writer with a knack for crafting media-worthy stories.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- A go-getter with a strong understanding of Indian beauty and media landscape.
- Passionate about building brand buzz and turning heads.
