About The Role
Ugaoo is looking for a Junior Photographer who lives at the intersection of traditional photography and the future of digital art. We don't just want someone to press a shutter; we want a creator who respects the fundamentals of light and composition but is eager to use AI workflows to push the boundaries of botanical storytelling.
You will be split between our professional studio and the vibrant life of our Talegaon farm, capturing everything from high-end e-commerce product shots to the magic of nature.
The Hybrid Skillset We're looking for :
Composition & Lighting: A natural eye for framing and a solid understanding of studio lighting (strobe and continuous).
Natural Light: Ability to harness the shifting light at our Talegaon farm for lifestyle and outdoor content.
Aesthetic Alignment: Ability to capture the Ugaoo vibeclean, green, and aspirational.
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom is non-negotiable.
AI Integration: You are already experimenting with or using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to brainstorm concepts, extend backgrounds, or enhance image quality.
Workflow Innovation: A desire to find ways AI can make our post-production faster and more creative.
Shoot Management: Handling end-to-end logistics, from gear maintenance to set preparation.
E-commerce Engine: Managing high-volume product shoots with consistency and speed.
Comfortable working on a farm environmentmoving gear, chasing the golden hour, and staying organized under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-quality e-commerce photography for the Ugaoo website and marketplace.
Capture Life at the Farm content (BTS, gardening processes, and landscape shots) for social media.
Manage and organize digital assets (DAMS) and post-production folders.
Collaborate with the creative team to use Generative AI for conceptual campaigns and creative background extensions.
