Junior Pharmacist

WAidon is a bootstrapped startup, striving to become the top gun in hair regrowth sector.

We are looking for candidates from a Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences background; candidates with strong comprehension skills and ability to explain medical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

D. Pharm, B. Pharm, M. Pharm

Required : Minimum 6 months of experience in a pharmacy/calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Post purchase call : Call patients who purchased the prescribed kit .
• Treatment Roadmap Explanation : Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence.
• Condition Explanation : Explain the patient's medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM.
• Outcome Expectation : Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes.
• Adverse Effect Guidance : Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects.
• Patient Query Resolution : Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Record Maintenance : Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback.
