We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Support in A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Generate and analyze campaign performance reports
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
