Junior Performance Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build expertise in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Support in A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Generate and analyze campaign performance reports
- Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing
