Job Title : Junior Oracle EBS Functional Support Consultant (AP/AR/GL)
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 1-3 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana / Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities
- Experience in Oracle EBS Functional Support.
- Basic understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL).
- Understanding of P2P, O2C, and accounting concepts.
- Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- A good understanding of SQL (basic queries) is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including AP, AR, and GL.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve Level 1 & Level 2 production issues.
- Guide end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities, best practices, and process flows.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Gather and document user requirements for small enhancements or process improvements.
- Analyze process gaps and propose solutions under senior consultant guidance.
- Support the implementation of new functionalities or modules.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
