Junior Operator Furnace Operations

Location: Khushkhera, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Shift: Rotational, 8 hours per shift

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operator to support the operations of our E-Waste

Recycling Plant in Bhiwadi. The role involves working in process areas such as furnace

operation, acid leaching, electrolysis, copper refining, or precious metal refining. Candidates

with relevant industry experience will be responsible for ensuring safe, smooth, and

efficient plant functioning.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in:

Chemistry

Chemical Engineering

Metallurgical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-waste recycling / battery

recycling / copper or precious metal refineries in at least one of the following:

Furnace operations

Acid leaching, electro-winning, hydrometallurgy

Copper refining

Precious metal refining

Skills & Knowledge:

Understanding of industrial/chemical processes.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Commitment to safety, discipline, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor assigned plant processes and equipment.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Maintain basic records and reports related to operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Compensation

CTC Range: Up to 6,00,000 annually (depending on experience & fit).
