We are hiring a Sports & Operations Lead to be part of the core team at Goldrush Sports Coffee. India's first sports-focused protein coffee concept is building its core team and looking for individuals who are committed to creating a high-performance culture.

- Building relationships with gyms, academies, and sports clubs.
- Organizing athlete events and community activations.
- Driving daily outlet operations with precision.
- Ensuring SOP adherence and product consistency.
- Training to fuel customers by learning to become a barista and beyond, developing expertise as a beverage specialist.
