Role Overview
Mellow Homes, a hospitality wing from Mellow Designs is looking for a proactive Junior Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties. This role involves coordinating with guests, managing housekeeping and maintenance updates, and supporting the expansion of our property portfolio.
The ideal candidate is organised, responsive, and comfortable interacting with both guests and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication & Booking Support
Respond to guest queries on Airbnb and social media platforms
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
Provide guests with necessary stay information and support during their stay
Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
Property Operations
Coordinate daily with housekeeping staff for cleaning schedules
Track maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution
Monitor property readiness for upcoming bookings
Maintain checklists for property upkeep and operations
Property Expansion Support
Identify and visit potential properties for onboarding
Coordinate with property owners and schedule meetings
Support the team in evaluating and onboarding new homes under Mellow Homes
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain booking trackers and property status updates
Share regular updates with the operations team
Ensure timely communication across guests, staff, and property owners
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in operations, hospitality, customer support, or coordination roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and booking platforms
Willingness to travel locally for property visits
Preferred Qualities
Interest in hospitality, Airbnb management, or property operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to guest queries
Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
