We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business activities. The role involves coordination with vendors, clients, and internal processes to ensure smooth execution of orders and operations. This is a hands-on role where you will gain real exposure to business operations, communication, and execution in an engineering and supply environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients on a daily basis
- Follow up on orders, dispatch, and payments
- Maintain and update Excel sheets and daily reports (MIS)
- Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
- Assist in billing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper follow-ups
- Support management in daily operational activities
