We're hiring a Junior Operations Associate in Kerala (Entry-Level)

Vision Play is looking for a full-time Junior Operations Associate to support daily operations. This is an office-based role, and we especially welcome candidates who are at the very beginning of their careers. We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a structured environment.

What the role involves

The responsibilities will vary based on business needs, and may include:

• Managing calendars and scheduling calls
• Organizing documents, files, and simple workflows
• Conducting basic research and preparing clear summaries
• Assisting with communication or outreach tasks when required
• Preparing short briefs, notes, or reports
• Supporting general administrative and operational activities
• Co-ordinating projects

You will receive clear instructions for each task, making this a great role for someone who prefers guided, step-by-step responsibilities.
