Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations related to school uniform orders, production coordination, and dispatch tracking
- Support the team in order processing, data entry, and maintaining accuracy in size charts and inventory records
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales) to ensure timely execution of orders
- Help manage online uniform orders, including checking order status, basic troubleshooting, and reporting issues
- Communicate with schools, vendors, or customers when required (calls, WhatsApp, emails) under guidance
- Assist in quality checks and documentation of samples, designs, or finished products
- Work on process documentation to help streamline recurring tasks and reduce errors
- Support sales and business development activities such as preparing basic proposals, quotations, or follow-ups
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as needed this is a hands-on role, not a theoretical internship
