Night Shift (US Timings)

We are looking for junior recruiters (4–6 months experience) who are eager to build their career in US IT/Healthcare recruitment. This is a completely onsite role based in Magarpatta.

Requirements

• 4–6 months of experience in recruitment (US staffing preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Must stay near Magarpatta
• Must have own vehicle for commute

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals & LinkedIn
• Screen and shortlist profiles
• Coordinate interviews with candidates
• Follow up with candidates & maintain pipeline
• Work closely with Account Managers
