Junior Officer Production

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:

Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility & to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance.

Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly target of production department.

Alarm Identification and management as per SOP.

To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes, to check set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BPR.

Responsible to operate the Packaging machine as per respective equipment operation SOP.

To identify the problems with the machine and undertake trouble shooting activity where required, to ensure work is carried on in the Packing section according to the SOPs, to coordinate with departmental colleagues & HOD & QA in cases of discrepancies in Packing Section.

Responsible for operation and cleaning as per respective SOP and batch packing record.

Responsible to minimize breakdown and support engg. Department.

Responsible to maintain secondary packing machine spare parts and miscellaneous item.

Packing process compliance in accordance with approved BPR and SOP.

Responsible for operation and cleaning at packing stage.

Follow the safety compliance as per Abbott policy.

Responsible to inform Safety incident, accident, near miss and BBS.

Complete the training and training record as per stipulated time.

To carry out In-process checks at the different stages as per batch packing record.

Responsible to update all logbooks of packing area.

To follow the safety compliance and SOP.

To support the team on additional responsibilities assigned time to time.
