TheJunior Officer (Marketing)will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns. This role focuses oncontent creation, campaign management, digital coordination, andlead tracking, with an emphasis on digital communication and branding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creative Coordination:
- Liaise with externalcreative agenciesto ensure timely delivery of marketing creatives.
- Providecopywritingsupport for creatives, ensuring content is engaging, brand-aligned, and campaign-ready.
- Campaign Management:
- Regularly post and monitorcampaign content on social media platforms.
- Support theinitiation and execution of marketing campaignsacrossomnichannel platforms, includingMeta Business tools.
- Website & Digital Coordination:
- Coordinate with theIT teamto ensure regularupdates on the company website, including promotions, banners, and campaign content.
- Assist in uploading and maintaining digital content across platforms.
- Lead Management & Reporting:
- Track and follow up onwebsite-generated leads, ensuring they are shared with the sales team.
- Maintain alead databaseand prepareconversion reportsto evaluate campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Support other marketing-related activities and tasks as assigned, in line with evolving business requirements.
Minimum Qualification:
- Full-timegraduate in any discipline
- Candidates withspecialization in digital marketing or digital communicationwill bepreferred
