The role involves ensuring all raw materials and required batch sheets are available on time.
You will be responsible for meticulously making entries in all batch records, logbooks, and other production-related documents as soon as operations are completed.
A key part of the job is coordinating with the Engineering department for maintenance jobs and with QC for in-process and finished product analysis.
You must strictly follow GMP and safety norms, attend EHS training programs, and adhere to relevant SOPs at all stages of operation.
The role requires you to maintain stipulated parameters (e.g., temperature, pH, pressure), record any deviations, and ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness of the equipment and facilities.
You will also be responsible for preparing production instructions (like BPCR, BCLR, and SOP checklists) and producing APIs and intermediates according to written procedures.
Finally, you will oversee the health and hygiene of contract workers and manage their performance.
