Junior Officer /Assistant Manager - Production (Chemical Expertise)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure High Quality output by Managing process parameters and maintaining production efficiency.
• Trouble shoot and resolve technical issue in the linter production process, Including chemical equipment malfunctions and process deviation.
• Review and monitor the quality control data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain and analyze detailed production logs, ensuring traceability, regulatory compliance and timely reporting

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Knowledge in chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, mass transfer and process control.
• Expertise in managing chemical production processes, particularly those related to sensitive materials such as nitrocellulose
• M.Sc. Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry
