Junior NodeJs Developer

We are seeking Junior Node.js Developers to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Node.js code, review backend development solutions, identify bugs and optimization opportunities, and provide expert feedback to enhance the quality, accuracy, and performance of AI-generated software development outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Node.js code and backend development solutions.

Assess code quality, functionality, scalability, and maintainability.

Identify bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.

Provide detailed feedback on coding standards, architecture, and backend development best practices.

Validate API implementations, database interactions, and server-side logic.

Review asynchronous programming patterns and application workflows.

Contribute to improving AI capabilities in software engineering and backend development.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and async/await.

Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

Familiarity with backend development concepts and server-side architecture.

Basic knowledge of databases and data management.

Ability to debug, review, and improve existing codebases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Express.js, NestJS, Fastify, or similar Node.js frameworks.

Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.

Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (JWT, OAuth).

Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.

Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
