Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Junior Naval Architect to join our team in Kochi. As a Junior Naval Architect, your primary role focuses on the execution of hydrostatic calculations with support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare GHS models for heavy lift vessels and deck carriers
  • Support load-out/load-in ballast calculations
  • Perform stability analyses and support stability booklet preparation
  • Support concept design development projects
  • Perform GHS Analysis and Validate loading conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Naval Architecture
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Ship design and Hydrostatic calculations
  • Expertise in any Stability Software.
  • Excellent fundamentals in Hydrostatics& Naval architecture
  • Understanding and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
  • Familiarity with Class rules and IMO Regulations

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Working Knowledge in GHS/Auto hydro/ Rhino-3D
  • Experience in ship concept design development
  • Experience in statutory drawings preparation.
