Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Embryologist with 12 years of hands-on experience in ART labs. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in standard embryology procedures and capable of performing routine tasks independently under the supervision of a senior embryologist.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oocyte identification, denudation, under supervision
Handle sperm preparation and semen analysis
Conduct embryo grading and culture maintenance (Day 1 to Day 5/6)
Assist in embryo freezing (vitrification) and thawing/warming
Maintain detailed embryology records and patient data
Prepare lab media, dishes, and culture systems
Monitor incubator parameters and lab equipment daily
Follow strict aseptic techniques and lab protocols
Participate in lab quality control and improvement initiatives
Assist in egg/embryo transfer and retrieval coordination
Communicate effectively with clinicians and nursing staff regarding embryo status
Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, Reproductive Biology, or related field
