Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Create and maintain order sheets.
- Track customer purchase orders and production timelines.
- Update order status in ERP/software systems.
- Coordinate order execution from sampling to shipment.
Product Development
- Assist in development of new collections.
- Coordinate sampling with vendors and production teams.
- Maintain sample records and approvals.
- Follow up on sample timelines.
Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with fabric, trim, packaging, and accessory suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare pricing.
- Follow up on material deliveries.
- Maintain supplier database.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, QC, and packing teams.
- Monitor production schedules.
- Follow up on delays and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure materials are available before production starts.
Inventory & Material Tracking
- Track fabric, trims, packaging, and raw material requirements.
- Coordinate with inventory/store department for material issuance.
- Maintain consumption records and production reports.
Documentation
- Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Maintain product specifications and measurement sheets.
- Prepare costing sheets.
- Maintain production and shipment documentation.
Quality & Compliance
- Support quality control processes.
- Ensure approved samples are followed during production.
- Report quality issues and corrective actions.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Good Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Basic understanding of textiles and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, production coordination, or textiles.
- Experience in home textiles, décor, or lifestyle products preferred.
