Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Merchandiser role based in Tiruppur. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in product selection and development, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing order placement, and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and staying updated on fashion and fabric trends to meet market demands.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Merchandising, with a focus on driving growth and meeting targets
• Understanding of product techpacks and techniques to effectively develop products for brands
• The ability to multitask and coordinate across teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in apparel or textile merchandising is a plus
