Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sourcing activities, from order placement to final shipment
  • Coordinate with vendors for sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups
  • Track and manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Monitor fabric sourcing and trims, ensuring timely delivery to garment suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (buying, quality assurance, operations) for smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate data and reports using Excel, MS Office, and PLM systems
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or delays

Skills & Experience Required

  • Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and sourcing processes
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously
  • 2–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising or sourcing
  • Graduate degree in Textile, Apparel, or a related field
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and factories
