Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret patient medical records for accuracy.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in line with HIPAA standards.
- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure coding accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets within defined timelines
Qualifications Skills Required
- Experience: Fresher.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
